Rockin'land 2009, held on 7, 8 and 9 August 2009, featured talents such
as Mr. Big, Third Eye Blind, Melee, Mew, Vertical Horizon, Secondhand
Serenade, Slank, Superman is Dead, Bagga Bownz, Gigi, Andra & the
Backbone, Kunci, Pee Wee Gaskins, Efek Rumah Kaca, Joujouka
(Madskipper), Bangkutaman, Motherjane, Koil, Navicula, Seringai,
Amazing in Bed, Burgerkill, Killed by Butterfly, Killing Me Inside,
Tribute to Immortal Legend and many more. The 3-day festival was
attended by more than 45,000 enthusiasts and showcased its potential to
be Asia's premier rock festival.
Java Rockin'land returns for its second edition on 8, 9 and 10 October
2010 at Carnaval Beach, Ancol. On the Festival's wish list this year: 3 Doors Down,
Brian `Head` Welch, Datarock, Dillinger Escape Plan, Goo Goo Dolls,
Happy Mondays, Living Things, Orianthi, Stryper and many more.
